Software AG closes the fourth quarter with operating profits growing by 63% and points to a growth in revenues in 2002. Gross operating profit (EBITDA) in the last three months of the year rose to 37.2 million euros against 22.8 in 2000. The net profit fell by 29% to 16.3 million. Last week the company said that quarterly sales grew by 36% to 160 million euros, an operating margin of over 20%. The title has opened trading today on the progress of 2.1% to 39 euros.
